This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of the Terms of Service between Buy Social and our customers, addressing the processing of personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Scope

This DPA applies to the processing of personal data that Buy Social performs on behalf of our customers in connection with providing our live selling platform services.

Data Processing

Buy Social processes personal data as a data processor on behalf of our customers (data controllers). This includes customer data, order information, and analytics data necessary to provide our services.

Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
